沈曉宇，男，本科畢業於南京大學軟體學院，博士畢業於德國馬克斯普朗克信息研究所、薩爾大學研究生院，現就職寧波東方理工大學（暫名）和數字孿生研究院擔任助理教授、副研究員。

人物經歷

沈曉宇於2011年至2015年在南京大學軟體工程系攻讀學士學位，之後獲國際馬克斯·普朗克計算機科學研究院（IMPRS-CS）獎學金，前往德國馬克斯普朗克信息研究所、薩爾大學研究生院攻讀博士。師從ACM fellow、歐洲科學院院士Gerhard Weikum和語言模型專家Dietrich Klakow。2020年9月至2023年10月全職於亞馬遜Alexa擔任機器學習科學家，作為主負責人進行智慧型人機互動系統的研發工作，並且領導了Alexa 智慧型客服商品問答項目。2023年11月全職加入寧波東方理工大學（暫名）和數字孿生研究院擔任助理教授、副研究員。

研究方向

研究方向主要包括隱變數貝葉斯模型、對話生成、可控和可解釋文本生成技術。

研究興趣主要集中在如下三個方面，探索如何構造可用、可信賴的大模型：

（1）可解釋性：探索大模型從機率答案生成器到邏輯思維者的路徑 （2）跨語言泛化：讓大模型從以英語為中心的專家到多語言專家 （3）領域專業化：讓大模型從通用領域遷移到專有領域；探索系統化的方法讓大模型快速學習領域知識
