沈將華,男,1985年生,浙江杭州人,西北工業大學航空學院教授、博士生導師,國家級青年人才。2004年獲浙江大學學士學位,2015年獲得美國北卡羅來納大學夏洛特分校機械工程博士學位,2016年獲得西北工業大學固體力學博士學位。2015.07-2017.12任日本大阪大學接合科學研究所博士後研究員,2017.12-2018.02任特任副教授,2018年任西北工業大學副教授,2019年晉升教授。主要研究方向為衝擊動力學、金屬微觀力學及生物力學,主持國家自然科學基金青年項目等5項科研課題,參與陝西省重點研發計畫項目。發表SCI論文50餘篇,其中第一作者/通訊作者論文28篇,研究成果發表於《Materials Science and Engineering: A》等期刊。獲中國力學學會爆炸力學優秀青年學者獎、陝西省航空學會青年科技獎。現任陝西省衝擊動力學及工程套用重點實驗室副主任,擔任《Journal of Magnesium Alloys》等期刊青年編委。
