汪寒冰，男，中國科學院大學博士，現任中國科學院大學專職教師、中國科學院近代物理研究所副研究員。
2008年至2012年在中國科學技術大學攻讀學士學位，2012年起在中國科學院大學攻讀博士學位。2017年進入中國科學院近代物理研究所從事博士後研究，2019年晉升為副研究員。科研方向聚焦重離子儲存環上相對論能量離子的雷射冷卻及精密雷射譜學實驗研究，在CSRe儲存環上首次實現O5+離子雷射冷卻實驗，獲得動量展寬小於1×10-6的超冷離子束。主持國家級科研項目"重離子儲存環CSRe上相對論能量O5+離子的雷射冷卻實驗及模擬研究"。
