武龍 男，1976年出生，1998年畢業於內蒙古農業大學，取得食品科學與工程專業工學學士學位。2001年至2004年在中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院學習，獲得食品科學專業工學碩士學位。隨後獲得日本政府獎學金赴千葉大學留學攻讀博士學位，於2008年取得生物資源套用科學專業博士學位。2008年至2012年作為博士後研究員加入日本國立食品綜合研究所糖質素材研究組，主要從事木質纖維素性生物質轉化潔淨可再生能源相關研究工作。2012年至2014年作為博士後研究員加入日本國立產業技術綜合研究所，主要從事生物煉製相關科研工作。2014年回國加入大連海洋大學食品科學與工程學院從事教學科研工作至今。
