止血環酸

注射類藥品，為止血藥，其止血機理與氨基己酸相同。止血效果較氨基己酸強5—10倍。用於上消化道出血、滲血、外科手術出血及婦產科病出血等。

[英文名]AcidUm Tranexamicum

[別名]凝血酸、抗血纖溶環酸、Amika—pron、Transamin、AMCA。

[分子式]C8H15O2N

[性狀]為白色結晶性粉末；無臭，味微苦。易溶於水，幾不溶於乙醇、丙酮、氯仿或乙醚。

[用法與用量]口服：每次0．25—0．5g，每日3—4次。

靜注或靜滴：每次0．25—0．5g，用25%葡萄糖注射液稀釋後推注或用5%一10%葡萄糖注射液、滅菌生理鹽水稀釋後靜滴。每日量0．75～2g。

注意事項

[注意事項]

1．腎功能不全者、有顯著血栓形成趨向及外科手術後血尿者慎用。

2．胃腸道紊亂、眩暈、頭痛、胸悶、嗜睡，偶見低血壓。

[貯藏]避光，密閉保存。

[製劑]片劑：每片0．25g。注射劑：每支2ml：0．1g、5ml：0．25g。
