內容簡介
《國際貿易實務》(第二版)是普通高等教育“十一五”國家級規劃教材——商務英語立體化系列教材之一。該系列教材為商務英語專業、英語專業商務方向以及商科相關專業英語課程提供了比較完整的、成體系的教學資源。本書是為培養既懂國際貿易業務又有相關英語技能的專業人才而編寫的。全書共10章,以國際貿易實務的環節為主線,系統介紹了國際貿易各環節的一般操作規則和國際慣例。內容涉及貨物的交運、包裝、儲運、支付、保險、商檢、單據及進出口程式等。每章配有英文注釋和練習題,書後附答案。
本書用英文編寫而成，力爭讓使用者在學習國際貨物貿易實務相關知識的過程中自然掌握相關的英語表達方法，在學習國際貿易實務英語的過程中掌握國際貿易實務的相關知識。
作者簡介
陳學權，1978年生，湖北應城人。2000年9月至2006年7月就讀於中國政法大學，獲訴訟法學碩士、博士學位，並在法務部法律援助中心刑事法律援助部從事兼職法律援助工作。2006年8月至今任教於對外經濟貿易大學法學院，兼職律師。代表性學術專著為《科技證據論》，參加編寫《中國刑事訴訟法再修改專家建議稿與論證》等書，另在《法學研究》、《中國法學》等刊物獨立發表論文數篇。
