楊維清,博士,教授,四川省“千人計畫”入選者,四川省傑出青年基金獲得者。2007年碩士畢業於四川大學原子與分子物理專業,主要套用密度泛函理論研究半導體材料的物理特性,畢業後到成都信息工程大學工作。2009年評為講師,2011年博士畢業於四川大學材料學院凝聚態物理專業,並獲得理學博士學位。2011年破格晉升副教授,2011年10月在電子科大電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室做博士後,主要從事白光LED螢光材料的製備以及LED封裝技術與理論研究工作。2013年1月2014年2月,到美國喬治亞理工學院王中林院士課題組從事納米能源材料與微電子集成器件的博士後研究。近年來,在Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Energy Materials等國際著名刊物上發表論文91篇,均為SCI刊源,16篇影響因子大於10,4篇ESI高引論文。

人物簡介

楊維清,博士,教授,四川省“千人計畫”入選者,四川省傑出青年基金獲得者。
2007年碩士畢業於四川大學原子與分子物理專業,主要套用密度泛函理論研究半導體材料的物理特性,畢業後到成都信息工程大學工作。2009年評為講師,2011年博士畢業於四川大學材料學院凝聚態物理專業,並獲得理學博士學位。2011年破格晉升副教授,2011年10月在電子科大電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室做博士後,主要從事白光LED螢光材料的製備以及LED封裝技術與理論研究工作。2013年1月2014年2月,到美國喬治亞理工學院王中林院士課題組從事納米能源材料與微電子集成器件的博士後研究。近年來,在Advanced Materials(IF:15.409),NanoLetter(IF:12.94), Advanced Functional Materials(IF:10.439), ACSNano(IF:12.033), Advanced Energy Materials(IF:14.385),NanoResearch(IF:7.431),ActaMaterialia(IF:3.94)等國際著名刊物上發表論文71篇,均為SCI刊源,10餘篇影響因子大於11,14篇一區,34篇一作,19篇通信作者。所做的工作被美國知名網站美國國家自然基金委(NSF)、Newscientist等近10家媒體專題報導,受到法國路透社,中國科學網、中國儲能網、中國網、新華網、人民網、鳳凰網等多家國內外媒體關注。

20144,楊維清老師受聘為西南交大材料學院教授,成立納米能源課題組。
20148,張磊、潘虹作為第一屆碩士研究生加入納米能源課題組。
20154,納米能源課題組第一篇學術論文“Theoretical spectra identification and fluorescent properties of reddish orange Sm-doped BaTiO3 phosphors”正式接受。
20158,靳龍、張彬彬、淳鳳軍、蘇海作為碩士研究生加入納米能源課題組;張磊碩博連讀轉為博士,Hanan Osman Ali Hassan作為博士加入納米能源課題組。
20157,張海濤老師受聘為西南交大材料學院講師,加入納米能源課題組。
