楊志剛，男，1973年7月生，新疆石河子人，副教授，碩士生導師。2006年畢業於浙江大學動物營養與飼料科學專業，獲博士學位。2006年6月至今在上海海洋大學任教，從事水產動物營養與飼料學的教學與科研工作。2010年4月至2011年4月在崇明水產技術推廣總站河蟹養殖基地掛職鍛鍊。2012年3月至5月，協助王武教授赴台灣苗栗進行河蟹養殖科技服務工作。

簡介
研究興趣為甲殼類動物生長和品質相關的功能基因的表達及其營養調控，特別是蟹類脂類代謝及其營養調控；蟹類蛻殼及品質評價相關基因的表達及調控等。主持國家自然科基金面上項目“中華絨螯蟹高不飽和脂肪酸合成能力的評估及其營養調控”（31472287）、上海市教育委員會科研創新項目“中華絨螯蟹脂肪酸去飽和酶基因的研究”（ 11YZ151）、農業部水生動物遺傳育種和養殖生物學重點開放實驗室開放課題“三七總皂苷對異育銀鯽生長和免疫功能影響的研究”；參加上海市農委 “池塘生態大規格商品中華絨螯蟹養殖關鍵技術提升與示範”、 “水產立體混養減污和生態循環養殖技術示範套用”、 “水產、山羊結合高效生態養殖模式與關鍵技術集成示範”，上海市科委 “玉米蛋白在魚蝦飼料中替代魚粉的研究”、“ 台灣地區中華絨螯蟹養殖技術推廣套用”等課題。
