楊吉龍，男，博士,主任醫師，行政副主任，博士研究生導師，中國抗癌協會肉瘤專業委員會軟組織肉瘤學組副組長，中華醫學會腫瘤分會青年委員，天津醫科大學十一五新世紀人才，天津市高校中青年骨幹創新人才，天津市“131”創新型人才，2010年度全國衛生系統青年崗位能手。
科研工作專注於肉瘤的基因組學和腫瘤精準醫學,結合全基因組測序（WGS）等高通量研究方法，探討肉瘤的發病機制並篩選生物標記，尋找肉瘤特異性治療的靶點，在骨肉瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、惡性周圍神經鞘瘤及惡性黑色素瘤等方面處於國內領先國際先進地位，研究成果在Molecular & Cellular Proteomics、Clinical Cancer Research、Oncotarget、Cancer、Cancer Letters、European J Cancer等著名SCI收錄期刊上發表。
