李賢基（Lee Hian Kee），分析科學家，新加坡國籍，新加坡國家科學院院士，馬來西亞科學院院士，新加坡國立大學名譽教授。
李賢基於1978年獲得紐西蘭坎特伯雷大學化學（榮譽）理學學士學位；1982年獲得紐西蘭坎特伯雷大學理學博士學位；1983年任教於新加坡國立大學化學系，歷任客座研究員、講師、高級講師、副教授、正教授；1991年—1992年在美國國立衛生研究院任Special Volunteer；2011年—2014年任新加坡國立大學教務長講席教授；2012年當選為馬來西亞科學院院士；2013、2015年兩次入選“世界百位最具影響力分析科學家”榜單；2016年當選為新加坡國家科學院院士；2021年7月正式退休，並獲聘為新加坡國立大學名譽教授。
李賢基主要從事環境化學方向的研究。

人物經歷
1978年，李賢基獲得紐西蘭坎特伯雷大學化學（榮譽）理學學士學位。
1982年，獲得紐西蘭坎特伯雷大學理學博士學位。
1983年，任教於新加坡國立大學化學系，歷任客座研究員、講師、高級講師、副教授、正教授。
1991年—1992年，在美國國立衛生研究院任Special Volunteer。
2011年—2014年，任新加坡國立大學教務長講席教授。
2012年，當選為馬來西亞科學院院士。
2013、2015年，兩次入選“世界百位最具影響力分析科學家”榜單。
2016年，當選為新加坡國家科學院院士。
2021年7月，正式退休，並獲聘為新加坡國立大學名譽教授。

李賢基研究方向為微納尺度下樣品前處理和高效分離技術，以及在環境和生物分析中的套用等，主要包括微萃取技術的創新開發和套用，樣品前處理全自動化裝置的構建及水質監測套用，針對海洋環境樣品中污染物的分離和分析檢測等。
