李桓守博士是清華大學經濟管理學院的助理教授，主要研究領域是公司金融、風險資本和私募股權、創業融資和契約理論，他曾是歐巴馬第一任政府期間白宮經濟顧問委員會經濟學家，同時，也是一個連續創業家和幾個企業的創業顧問（美國風險資金支持）：美國麻薩諸塞州波士頓Give2gether公司的聯合創始人和營運長；英國倫敦Dorinku公司的顧問；美國麻薩諸塞州州劍橋哈佛學院分會小額信貸倡議的顧問。同時他也是清華Xlab實驗室的倡導者之一。
