人物經歷

1994年7月本科畢業於吉首大學物理系,獲理學學士學位;
1997年7月畢業於四川大學原子分子物理與高溫高壓物理研究所,獲理學碩士學位;
2000年6月畢業於中國科學院物理研究所,獲理學博士學位;
2000年7月至2007年10月,先後在日本大阪大學基礎工學部化學系、京都大學電子科學工程系、東京工業大學資源化學研究所作為非常勤講師、JST研究員和JSPS研究員從事研究工作;
2007年10月特聘為電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學院教授及電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室的教授。

研究方向

長期從事新能源材料與器件方面的研究工作,主要研究方向是鋰離子電池和薄膜太陽能電池。

鋰離子電池

對鋰離子電池來說,一個方面是根據高能量密度、高功率密度的動力型鋰離子電池或者儲能型鋰離子電池的需要,重點開發新型納米電極材料,並研究電池充放電反應中的一些基本物理化學問題;另一方面是研發高安全性的全固態鋰離子電池,具體是採用物理氣相沉積的方法來製備全固態薄膜鋰離子電池,著眼於在微系統中的潛在套用。

薄膜太陽能電池

對太陽能電池來說,重點研究的是CIGS薄膜太陽能電池,注重產學研層面的結合。在學校的大力支持下,建成了較先進的實驗平台。獲得來自國家自然科學基金、四川省科技廳等國家級、省部級多項資金支持。

工作成績

迄今為止,在國際高水準的雜誌上,如Advanced Materials、Applied Physics Letters、Macromolecules、Chemical Communications、Journal of the Electrochemical Society等,以第一作者發表了學術論文十多篇,與他人合作發表學術論文數篇。並以第一發明人申請了2箇中國發明專利及以第二發明人申請了日本發明專利2個。
