朱盛,博士,河南理工大學數學與信息科學學院副教授、碩士生導師,現任中國現場統計研究會大數據統計分會理事、中國運籌學會可靠性分會理事及青年委員會委員,擔任Journal of the Operational Research Society、IEEE Systems Journal等期刊審稿人。2020年起任AAIM2020國際學術會議技術委員會委員,現為河南理工大學套用數學與智慧型工程科學交叉重點學科統計學方向帶頭人。主要從事隨機服務系統及運營管理研究,在IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management、IEEE Systems Journal、《中國科學》等期刊發表多篇論文。主持或參與完成國家級項目5項、河南省科技攻關項目及測繪科學與技術"雙一流"學科創建項目等省級科研項目。獲河南省教育廳優秀科技論文獎、信息技術教育優秀成果獎及北京運籌學會青年優秀科學論文獎。在混合雲系統研究中,與合作者首次構建具有重試空間的雙軌隨機服務模型,提出基於實時佇列長度的準入控制機制,相關成果發表於《IEEE Systems Journal》。
