個人簡介

分別在華東師範大學化學系、南京大學化學化工學院、華東理工大學化學與製藥學院獲得學士、碩士、博士學位。2000年起在華東理工大學化學與製藥學院從事科研與教學工作。2006.4-2007.4由教育部公派以訪問學者身份赴美國西北大學化學系從事帕金森藥物的設計與合成。
作為項目負責人承擔了上海科委科技創新和攻關項目;負責國家自然科學基金面上項目“合成含二氟甲基(CF2)的結構多樣性小分子的新策略”和“過渡金屬催化的多氟芳烴的碳氟鍵的活化:碳氫化及官能團化”兩項;負責十二五科技支撐計畫一項;作為課題組副組長負責國家863一項課題(第一階段、滾動階段、加強階段)以及國家973的子課題一項。
以主要作者在國內外核心學術雜誌如Chem Commun、Adv Synth Catal、ChemCatChem、Green Chem、Eur. J Org. Chem、Tetrahedron、Org Biomol Chem、Tetrahedron Lett、Synlett、J Agric and Food Chem、J Fluorine Chem等發表論文五十多篇;授權國家發明專利一項,申請中國發明專利四項、國際專利一項。現指導博士後、博士和碩士研究生多名。
Tetrahedron、Tetrahedron Letters和中國化學的常邀審稿人;Org Biomol Chem、Chem Comm、Chem Soc Rev、Chem Rev、J Fluorine Chem、J Agric Food Chem、BMCL及有機化學等期刊的審稿人。2009年Vol. 13, No. 18的Current Organic Chemistry的Guest Editor,編輯一期5篇由國際上不同領域的多組分專家寫的綜述的多組分反應的專刊。

研究方向

1.作用靶標特異的仿生農藥化學:昆蟲生長調節劑(苯甲醯脲類幾丁質抑制劑、具有蛻皮激素活性的非甾醇類二芳醯肼類化合物);含惡二唑噠嗪酮類化合物拒食劑;魚尼丁受體氟蟲雙醯胺、氯蟲苯甲醯胺類化合物。
2.高效有機合成方法學(新型多組分反應的設計;多組分反應在農藥、醫藥中的套用;點擊化學參與的多組分反應)。
3.新型含氟砌塊的多組分反應;含氟活性化合物的合成。碳氟鍵的活化及官能團化。

獲獎成果

“芳香雜環及含氟仿生農藥的分子設計、合成製備及構效關係”獲2003年度教育部自然科學一等獎(第二完成人)
