晏燕，女，甘肅省蘭州市人，2003年6月畢業於蘭州理工大學通信工程專業；2006年6月於蘭州理工大學獲得通信與信息系統碩士學位；2012年開始攻讀博士學位。

2006年7月至今，於蘭州理工大學計算機與通信學院擔任講師。主要負責通信工程本科專業的《通信原理》、《光纖通信》、《交換原理》、《MATLAB語言及套用》、《擴頻通信》等課程。
