《春之頌 (Live)》是由尚雯婕、何亮辰、徐均朔於2019年在音樂綜藝《聲入人心第二季》第7期合作演唱的現場版歌曲。尚雯婕包攬詞曲創作及原唱，改編自David Kosten的原編曲版本，孔瀟一擔任編曲及製作人，馬克領銜樂隊團隊進行現場演奏，融合弦樂、管樂與電子元素。
作品以英文為主，穿插義大利語與中文擬聲詞，藉助“橄欖枝”“紅黎明”等自然意象構建詩意場景。三人通過三重唱分聲部演繹，主歌段落層次分明，副歌合唱營造宏大氛圍，主題聚焦生命復甦與衝破困境的力量感，多層和聲編排強化了現場敘事的空間張力。
