人物經歷
於曉筠教授現任上海交通大學上海高級金融學院金融學教授，兼任歐洲公司治理研究所（ECGI）研究員。在加入SAIF之前，她擔任印第安納大學凱萊商學院金融學教授（終身教職）和Arthur M. Weimer學院研究員。
於曉筠教授的研究領域包括公司財務理論與實證。研究方向包括信息經濟學、證券設計、首次公開募股、金融機構及體系、金融政治經濟學。她在國際著名學術刊物如Journal of Finance，Journal of Business，Review of Financial Studies，Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Management Science等發表多篇論文。同時她也參與編寫Social Security Reform in China 和 Volume of Finance, Frontiers of Western Research in the Humanities and Social Sciences等書中的相關章節。
於曉筠教授曾獲得多次科研獎項和研究基金，其中包括2021 Review of Finance Pagano and Zechner論文獎，2019第十屆國際公司治理研討會最佳論文獎，2018中國金融年會喜岳最佳論文獎，2016孫冶方金融創新獎，2013全美華人金融協會(TCFA)最佳論文獎，2013年中國國際金融會議最佳論文獎及2012年國際金融管理協會最佳論文獎等。她所參與的課題小組多次獲得國家自然科學基金項目的資助。
於曉筠教授為美國金融學會及西方金融學會成員，也是眾多國際知名金融學術會議的評審委員會成員及聯席主席。此外，她還擔任Pacific-Basin Finance Journal和International Review of Finance的主編，Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance，和Journal of Empirical Finance的副主編。
於曉筠教授擁有明尼蘇達大學金融學博士學位。在其研究領域，於教授獲得多項研究基金，包括有：2003年美國印第安納大學旅行基金，2008年中國國家科學套用基金，
