志向集團集團成立於1985年，經過二十餘載的發展，2010年重組為志向（中國）集團有限公司。集團以紡織科技為主業，已經形成一個完整的紡織產業鏈，並發展成為集品牌服裝、商業貿易、高科軟體、電子商務、房地產開發、創業投資、小額銀行、工業園建設於一體的多元化集團公司，目前已成為2010年上海世博會聯合國DEVNET國際合作夥伴。
Our company was established in 1985, and in 2010 reorganized as CINC (China) Group Co., Ltd after over 20 years’ development. The Group mainly runs the business of textile technology, so far it has already owned a complete textile industrial chain, developed the integrated businesses of brand garments, commercial trade, high-tech software, e-commerce, real estate development, venture capital, small banks, and industrial park construction, and become the international cooperative partner of DEVNET in the Expo 2010 Shanghai China.

一位年近半百的中年人從小商小販開始，用積累的僅兩萬元錢，創辦了一個規模約30人的小型服裝加工廠，從來料加工開始，後來逐步從事紡織里布、雨傘布貿易，再從江蘇蘇州盛澤購買坯布加工染色後發往福建晉江銷售。這就是志向集團創始人黃呈察先生的第一步紡織創業之路。
A middle-aged man started from vendor, and then set up a small 30-staff garment factory with the only accumulated 20,000 RMB. The plant began with incoming material process, and then gradually engaged in the trade of textile lining and umbrella cloth, followed by purchasing grey cloth from Shengze, Suzhou, Jiangsu, and selling it in Jinjiang, Fujian after processing and dyeing. It is the first step of the founder of CINC Group, HUANG Chengcha, on his way to starting a textile business.

黃呈察先生感覺到個人辦廠勢單力薄，為把生意做大，於是邀集了5個朋友開始了合夥經營，從最初經營紡織里布、雨傘布，到後來增加了服裝面料。當時外貿加工業務在沿海地區風生水起，許多的服裝廠承接了大量的外貿訂單，服裝面料供不應求，黃呈察先生和他的合伙人及時的把握了這一機會，使生意蒸蒸日上，年銷售額達到了好幾千萬元。
HUANG Chengcha realized the limited strength of individually running a plant, thus in order to expand the business, he invited 5 friends to form a partnership. The plant initially engaged in the business of textile lining and umbrella cloth, and then expanded to the field of garment materials. At that time, the business of foreign trade processing developed very rapidly in the littoral regions, many garment factories received large volume of foreign trade orders, HUANG Chengcha and his partners duly seized this opportunity, developed the business to the annual sales of tens of millions RMB.

隨著生意的不斷做大，黃呈察和他的合作團隊完成了資本的原始積累，開始了從貿易型企業向實業型企業的過渡。1996年，從經營台灣面料開始，隨後承包了台灣人在中國大陸投資的紡織工廠，引進和學習台灣的紡織工藝與經營管理，同時成立了吳江市向興布業有限公司和晉江市向興布業有限公司;2000年在福建籌辦噴水織造廠。
With the growth of business, HUANG Chengcha and his team finished the primitive accumulation of capital, and initiated the transformation from the trading company to the industrial company. In 1996, followed by dealing in Taiwan materials, they contracted for a textile plant in the mainland of China invested by Taiwanese, introduced and learned the Taiwan’s textile technology and management, and established Wujiang Xiangxing Cloth Co., Ltd and Jinjiang Xiangxing Cloth Co., Ltd at the same time. In 2000, the water jet weaving factory was founded in Fujian.

黃呈察先生引進家族成員，自籌資金於2001年成立了福建向興紡織科技有限公司，工廠占地面積80畝，建築面積30000平方米，擁有日本津田駒噴水織機400台，配套前道2套，年產量達2500萬米，聘請了台灣工程師主導工廠技術管理，並於第二年通過了ISO9001國際質量管理體系認證和14001環境體系認證，使公司全面步入規範化管理的軌道。2003年公司再上一層樓，籌辦向興江蘇盛澤工廠。2004年成立向興實業紡織整理（蘇州）有限公司，占地面積40畝，建築面積 12000 平方米，引進日本津田駒配套前道2套，後整理2套，主要以產品研發和生產高端面料為主，尤其專注於高密超細化纖面料的研發與生產，使公司的始終處於紡織細分行業的領先地位。2004年被國家紡織產品開發中心授予“國家防寒服面料研發基地”。
In 2001, with family members joining in the business, HUANG Chengcha set up the Fujian Xiangxing Textile Technology Co, Ltd with self-raised funds, which covers an occupied area of 80 mu, construction area of 30,000 sq.m, possesses 400 Japan Tsudakoma water jet looms, 2 sets of matched pre-process equipment with an annual capacity of 25 million meters. Taiwan engineers were employed to take charge of the technical management, and the plant passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification and 14001 environment system certification in the following year, fully entering the orbit of standardized management. In 2003, our company achieved another progress – establishing Xiangxing Jiangsu Shengze Factory. In 2004, our company established the Xiangxing Industrial Textile Finishing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, which covers an occupied area of 40 mu, construction area of 12,000 sq.m, possesses 2 sets of Japan Tsudakoma matched pre-process equipment and 2 sets of post-finishing equipment, focusing on the product R&D and the production of high-end materials, especially on the R&D and production of high density ultra-fine fiber fabric, guaranteeing the leading role of our company in the textile industrial segmentation. In 2004, it was awarded the “Nation-Level R&D base for Cold-Proof Clothes Materials” by the China Textiles Development Center.

2006年至今企業噴水織機增至1000台，前道增至5套，和4套後整理及相關配套設備，產能達億米，占地面積200畝，建築面積50000 平方米。公司目前已建立了國家級水準的產品研發中心和博士後工作站，和專業紡織院校合作並引進了國家紡織工程院院士和博士加入我們的研發隊伍，以進一步推動和完善企業的產業和技術升級，向國家級高新技術企業邁進。智者善布，公司在北京、上海、香港、廣州、大連、柯橋、常熟、盛澤等各大紡織市場擁有銷售服務處11個, 已經成長為一個紡織產業鏈完整的集團企業。
So far, our company has owned 1000 water jet loom, 5 sets of pre-process equipment, 4 sets of post-finishing and related matched equipment, with the capacity of hundreds of million meters, occupied area of 200 mu, construction area of 50,000 sq.m. Our company has established nation-level R&D center and post-doctoral workstation, cooperated with the professional textile colleges, and introduced the academicians and doctors from the State Textile Academy of Engineering into the R&D team, to further promote and perfect the industrial and technological upgrading of our company toward the nation-level high-tech corporate.
