研究興趣

本實驗室的研究興趣主要是中國野生葡萄如何感受並回響葡萄白粉病病原真菌脅迫,特別是中國野生葡萄在白粉病病原真菌脅迫條件下體內抗病信號轉導和抗病基因的調節。主要研究內容是克隆和分析中國野生葡萄重要抗病基因和關鍵作用元件功能;利用生物化學試驗體外分析目的基因的功能,並利用模式植物擬南芥突變體研究植物感受病原真菌脅迫信號過程中所發生的遺傳和分子特性的變化。目的是為了闡明中國野生葡萄回響白粉病病原真菌脅迫的信號途徑,並鑑定一些具有潛在功能的能夠提高作物適應病原真菌脅迫的關鍵作用元件。

開設課程

承擔本科生《植物育種學》(雙語課程)、《試驗設計與分析》、《果樹育種學》、《果樹科研專題》、《園藝學概論》等課程的教學工作;合作承擔碩士、博士研究生《現代生物技術》、《園藝學專題講座》、《現代園藝植物科學研究進展》等課程,現指導碩士研究生6名。

學術成果

1997年以來,師從王躍進教授一直從事葡萄種質資源評價與遺傳育種研究工作。參加並完成公益性行業(農業)農業科研專項、國家自然科學基金、國家“863”計畫子項目、國家轉基因植物研究與產業化開發專項、農業部“948”項目、科技部“十一五”科技支撐計畫等項目多項。獲陝西省科學技術壹等獎1項(第五完成人);參編專著2部。
