人物經歷

教育經歷:1987.09~1989.06 在安徽省蕪湖師範專科學校數學系就讀;1995.09~1998.06 在曲阜師範大學運籌所攻讀理學碩士學位;2001.03~2003.03 在東南大學經濟管理學院攻讀管理學博士學位;2003.04~2005.05 在東南大學自動控制系控制科學與工程流動站做一站博士後;2005.10~2007.12 在清華大學經濟管理學院管理科學與工程流動站做二站博士後。2008~2013 先後六次在香港中文大學系統工程與工程管理系擔任高級訪問學者。

長期從事決策理論與技術、信息集成理論和聚類算法、模糊數學與最佳化算法等研究,系統地創建了複雜信息決策理論與方法體系,主要包括:(1)提出了互補性標度和互反性標度,殘缺互補判斷矩陣、區間互補判斷矩陣、直覺判斷矩陣、猶豫判斷矩陣,給出了互補判斷矩陣和互反判斷矩陣的轉換關係,建立了互補判斷矩陣排序理論與方法、直覺模糊層次分析法和猶豫模糊層次分析法;(2)把互動式思想引入到多屬性決策領域,建立了基於不完全決策信息的互動式多屬性決策理論與方法;(3)系統地研究了屬性值為實數或區間數,屬性權重信息確知、完全未知或部分已知的多屬性決策問題,建立了不確定多屬性決策理論與方法;(4)提出了對稱性語言標度、積性語言標度、虛擬語言術語、機率語言術語集和不確定語言變數,給出了其基本運算法則和集成方式,系統地建立了基於語言術語或不確定語言變數的決策理論與方法;(5)把國際著名學者Ronald R. Yager教授提出的有序加權集成理論從確定環境推廣不確定和模糊環境,建立了不確定有序集成理論與方法;(6)提出了直覺模糊數(值),區間直覺模糊數(值),給出了其排序方法和基本運算法則,系統地建立了直覺模糊信息集成、聚類和決策等理論與方法;(7) 提出了直覺模糊函式的概念,給出了直覺模糊函式的導數、微分、定積分和不定積分,以及一系列基本定理和運算法則,建立了直覺模糊微積分理論;(8)提出了猶豫模糊集的數學表達式、猶豫模糊元素、區間猶豫模糊集、區間猶豫模糊元素、對偶猶豫模糊集、猶豫直覺模糊集、機率猶豫模糊集、雙層語言術語集等概念,系統地建立了猶豫模糊信息集成、聚類和決策等理論與方法, 入選全球《2016研究前沿》,在數學、計算機科學與工程學Top 10 熱點前沿中排名第一(猶豫模糊集理論及其在決策中的套用);(9)系統地探討了大數據概念、特徵和處理範式,大數據決策技術和大數據模糊處理技術及其套用;(10)把上述成果成功套用于軍事領域複雜問題的建模與決策、以及我國戰略能源通道風險評估與突發事件應急回響、大數據驅動的醫療管理等實際問題。
2017年11月在計算機科學領域進入ESI (基本科學指標) 全球前 1% 的3084名科學家 (Scientists) 中,排名第14位;在工程學領域進入ESI全球前 1% 的8250名科學家 (Scientists) 中排名第299位。2014年在計算機科學和工程學兩個學科領域同時榮獲 “湯森路透中國引文桂冠獎(Thomson Reuters China Citation Laureates)--高被引科學家獎” ,全球高被引科學家(2014-2018)(計算機科學; 工程學),連續入選 “The World's Most Influential Scientific Minds"(2014-2018);中國高被引學者(2014-2016, 2018年蟬聯計算機科學領域榜首)。
