徐淑賢，天津大學管理與經濟學部英才副教授、博士研究生導師。2018年3月獲北京航空航天大學經濟管理學院工學博士學位，2015年9月至2016年9月作為國家公派聯合培養博士生赴英國利茲大學交通研究所訪問研究，2017年3月至6月赴香港科技大學土木與環境工程系擔任訪問學者。

主要研究領域涵蓋交通行為分析、交通運輸系統最佳化、城市可持續發展及低空經濟。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、重點項目子課題，完成國家自然科學基金青年項目（後評估為優）。在Transportation Research系列、Regional Science and Urban Economics等期刊發表論文20餘篇，獲2019年中國管理科學與工程學會優秀博士學位論文獎。現任管理科學與工程學會理事，擔任Transportation Research Part系列、Transport Policy等期刊審稿人，撰寫的資政報告獲中央有關部門採納。講授管理統計分析、智慧型交通系統等課程，指導學生在國家級競賽中多次獲獎。
