徐小林，南京大學數學學士（1999），南京大學商學院經濟學碩士(2002），香港中文大學系統工程與工程管理專業博士（2006）。2006-2007 香港中文大學博士後研究員；2007年9月 南京大學管理學院工商管理系講師；2008年12月 南京大學管理學院工商管理系副教授；2009年3月 澳大利亞新南威爾斯大學客座研究員。國家自然科學基金通訊評議專家；曾擔任INFORMS等國際會議的分會主持；中國運籌學會金融工程與風險管理分會理事； 生產與運營管理學會（POMS）會員和Journal of Scheduling等國際期刊的審稿人。
