彭代淵

彭代淵、男、工學博士、教授、博士生導師、IEEE會員、中國密碼學會高級會員，現任西南交通大學信息安全與國家計算格線實驗室主任，兼任信息編碼與傳輸四川省重點實驗室學術委員會委員（2007-）、中國密碼學會組織工作委員會副主任委員（2008-）。國家科學技術獎勵評審專家、國家自然科學基金評審專家、高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金評審專家、信息安全系列教材編委、IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IET Communications、Electronics Letters、IEICE Transactions Fundamentals、SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences、電子學報、通信學報、電子與信息學報、數學物理學報等重要學術期刊的審稿人。

研究興趣包括：密碼學、信息安全、擴頻序列分析與設計、資訊理論與編碼。主持國家自然科學基金項目二項，省部級科研項目二項，參加國際合作研究課題和國家級科研課題多項，包括國家973重點基礎研究發展計畫、國家自然科學基金項目、國防科技預研基金項目等。在國內、外學術刊物和學術會議發表研究論文80多篇，包括在著名刊物IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IET Communications、IEEE Signal Processing Letters、Electronics Letters、ISCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences、中國科學（E輯：信息科學）發表論文20多篇，被SCI收錄20多篇，EI收錄30多篇，編寫教材三本。

人物介紹

彭代淵，西南交通大學信息科學與技術學院教授，IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、IEE Proceedings on Communications 等重要國際學術期刊的審稿人。近年來，作為主研人員曾參加國際合作研究課題多項，國家級科研課題多項。2002年獲西南交通大學博士研究生創新基金。曾獲四川省科技進步三等獎和四川省教學成果二等獎各一項。出版教材一本， 在國內外發表研究論文20餘篇。 研究興趣為：擴頻序列分析與設計、密碼學、網路信息安全和編碼理論。
