張文獻，男，博士，1997年和2000年在復旦大學物理系分別獲學士學位和碩士學位，2005年在美國喬治亞理工學院物理系獲博士學位（Ph.D.）。

2005－2007年在美國Ames國家實驗室和衣阿華州立大學作博士後,2007－2008年在達特茅斯學院物理與天文系從事研究。2008年－2011年在復旦大學信息學院光科學與工程系工作，任副研究員。期間2009年和2010年分別在香港中文大學物理系和日本理化學研究所短期訪問，進行合作研究。2012年調入武漢大學物理科學與技術學院，任教授。主要研究量子光學、量子計算及量子信息處理、光與物質的相互作用等。已在國內外學術刊物上發表SCI論文40餘篇，其中包括1篇Nature Physics和3篇Physical Review Letters，總引用次數超過900次，h因子達到14。負責主持和參加多項國家科技部、基金委、教育部、上海市科研項目。2010年獲教育部新世紀優秀人才和上海市浦江人才。2011年獲湖北省“楚天學者”特聘教授。
