簡介

1968年4月生,工學博士,教授。張寶菊1990年畢業於天津師範大學,獲物理學專業本科學位,1993年天津師範大學獲得教育技術學碩士學位,2002年畢業於天津大學電子信息工程學院,獲得工學博士學位,後進入天津大學博士後流動站於2004年出站。
一直從事數字音視頻技術、信號與信息處理等領域研究工作,提出了“改進層式DCT”等視頻壓縮算法。
2003年暑期赴英國劍橋大學進行雙語教學的研修,
2014年於美國德州大學阿靈頓分校做為期半年的訪學,現為天津師範大學電子與通信工程學院教授,電子信息科學與技術專業負責人,天津師範大學教學名師,學院教學副院長。
近年來指導碩士生多名,其中10名獲得天津師範大學優秀碩士畢業論文,一名學生獲得國家級獎學金;還參與了天津大學博士生培養。兼任天津市電視技術學會理事,天津市通信學會高教分會理事。

個人教學

主要講授《視頻信號基礎與套用》、《C語言程式設計》和《數位電視原理》《計算機概述(雙語)》等課程。

科研成果

主持並結題天津市改革項目一項, 主持建設校級精品課程一項。
近幾年已發表學術論文90餘篇,第一作者(通信作者)SCI檢索30餘篇,EI檢索50餘篇,主要發表在“Wiley Journal of Security and Communication Networks”、 “EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking”、“Wiley Security and Communication Networks”、“EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing”等高水平SCI源刊。作為主要作者編撰了Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering 202,第一作者編撰了Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering 246兩本專著。近三年申請了國家發明專利3項,實用新型專利2項並均已授權。主持國家自然科學基金3項、天津市自然科學基金重點項目1項、天津市自然科學基金1項,第二參加人參加國家自然科學基金1項、天津市自然科學基金2項,總經費200餘萬元。2011年獲得天津市科學技術進步三等獎1項(第二人)。已在IEEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATIONS 及 IEEE GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CONFERENCE等高級別國際會議中擔任WORKSHOP ON RADAR AND SONAR的TPC-CO CHAIR職務,並主持了IEEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATIONS SIGNAL PROCESSING AND SYSTEMS 2013國際會議。張寶菊教授現為中國電子科技大學合作博士生導師。
