主要研究方向:
主要從事作物多樣性控制真菌病害發生機理,大豆抗病抗逆的分子細胞機理等方面研究。
研究不同種植模式(玉米-大豆、小麥-玉米-大豆)內的主要病害發生規律及其影響因素,重點關注種植模式對鐮孢菌群體結構的影響,以及鐮孢菌與不同寄主(小麥、玉米和大豆)的相互作用關係。
研究大豆回響生物脅迫和非生物脅迫的分子細胞機理,採用組織細胞培養、免疫螢光、HPLC-MS、RNA-seq、基因克隆及蛋白互作等相關技術,挖掘大豆抗病抗逆相關基因並驗證其功能,揭示H和Ca離子通道、細胞骨架、MAPK蛋白激酶、活性氧、抗病基因表達、植保素合成及細胞死亡反應等抗病信號的協同作用方式。

教學及學生科研項目指導工作:
承擔本科生《農業病蟲害測報》、《作物保護學》、《普通植物病理學》等和研究生《高級植物病理學》、《作物保護研究進展》、《高級植物保護學》等課程講授。
