膜翅目小繭蜂科（Braconidae）昆蟲之通稱，簡稱繭蜂.與姬蜂近似，多為小型種類，腹部短寬.為鱗翅目、鞘翅目、同翅目、雙翅目中多種害蟲的天敵。幼蟲在寄主體內化蛹或老熟後鑽出，在寄主體表結成黃色或白色小繭化蛹，有時數十隻集聚一起.如菜粉蝶絨繭蜂（Apantelesglomeratus），長約3毫米，寄生於菜粉蝶幼蟲體內，幼蟲老熟後在寄主體表結許多黃色小繭.麥蚜繭蜂（EphedrusplaAgiator），在麥蚜、桃蚜等體內化蛹.每個蚜蟲體內只有1頭蜂，寄主顏色變深並膨硬如球，羽化時自腹部背面咬穿1圓孔飛出另尋寄主.中華繭蜂（Braconchinensis），長約4毫米，是稻螟和甘蔗螟蟲常見的寄生蜂.
