寧煥生，男，碩士生導師（（碩士學科：081001通信與信息系統）），北京科技大學物聯網與電子工程系教授，北京科技大學計算機與通信工程學院副院長。2018年11月當選英國工程技術學會會士。
主要研究包括射頻通信與射頻識別技術、電磁散射與目標識別、智慧卡作業系統與EMV、多點源縫隙高速剪下流理論與氣膜高速列車研究、IT項目管理等。主持國家973子專題、航天支撐基金、博士後科學基金、射頻通信等各類項目6項，參加項目4項。

人物經歷
1995年，本科畢業於安徽大學；
2001年，畢業於北京航空航天大學，獲得信息與通信工程博士學位；
2001-2003年，任航天金卡公司副總師，負責國家重大工程和行業重大工程研發和項目管理；
2004-2005年，為北京航空航天大學電子信息工程學院博士後。
2013年12月，任北京科技大學計算機與通信工程學院副院長。
2018年11月，因在物聯網及網路空間基礎研究方面的成就當選為2018年IET Fellow （英國工程技術學會會士）。
創建並擔任賽博網路空間北京市國際科技合作基地主仼，聯合創建並擔任北京市網路空間數據內容分析與套用工程技術研究中心副主任。
