寧寧(電子科技大學教授)

寧寧:男,電子科技大學教授。1981年1月,教授,博士生導師。分別於2002年和2007年獲電子科技大學微電子學與固體電子學專業學士和博士,畢業後留在電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學院任教,並於2013年7月-2014年7月借調到教育部高教司工作。主要從事新型功率半導體器件與積體電路和系統、專用積體電路與系統、SOC/SIP系統晶片技術等方向的研究。

研究領域

一、研究領域簡介
主要從事ADC/DAC數模混合積體電路與系統設計、高速時鐘和數據接口電路設計,電源管理積體電路設計等領域的研究工作工作,特別在超高速、高速高精度、低壓低功耗ADC和顯示驅動等領域有一定成果積累。
二、研究方向
研究內容1:數模混合積體電路與系統設計
(1)新型系統架構設計和ADC/DAC自動校正算法研究。
(2)高速高精度、低壓低功耗數模混合積體電路設計技術。
研究內容2:高速時鐘和數據接口電路設計
(1)高速鎖相環、延遲鎖相環、時鐘接收等時鐘電路研究。
(2)MIPI、LVDS、CML等高速數據輸入輸出接口電路設計技術。
研究內容3:電源管理積體電路設計
(1)新型數模混合、軟硬體協同電源驅動技術研究。
(2)顯示驅動、綠色照明、電源管理等領域的積體電路設計開發。
三、承擔參與的科研項目情況
先後主持或主研參與了國家973項目子專題1項、國家自然科學基金面上項目1項、部級預先研究項目2項、教育部中央高校基金重大培育項目1項、教育部博士點基金1項、廣東省戰略新興產業化項目2項以及多項橫向合作項目等,共10餘項科研項目。成果轉讓1項。

目前在本人研究領域攻讀學位的在讀博士和碩士研究生共20餘名;每年計畫招收的研究生數量為6~7名。
二、 研究生畢業走向
與新加坡南洋理工大學、美國德克薩斯大學達拉斯分校、荷蘭埃因霍溫理工大學等國際知名高校,TI、Marvell、VeriSilicon、華為、展訊等企業,以及中電集團第24所、29所等研究所和研究機構之間具有長期的合作關係。
畢業生出國深造主要在美國、新加坡等國家。
畢業生就業主要集中在微電子產業集中地區,如長三角、珠三角、京津和川渝等國內外知名企業和研究機構。
