主要學術興趣：
我以前的學術興趣是傳統學術思想在社會發展中的表現形式與作用，試圖從學術思想變遷中尋找社會發展規律，總結歷史變遷的經驗與教訓。比如我的碩士畢業課題是關於公羊學的研究，表層目的是呈現公羊學在乾嘉時期的表現形式，其內在目的卻是要探究公羊學與戊戌變法之間的潛在聯繫。同樣，我的博士論文課題是晚清漢宋兼采思想研究，其表層目的是為了呈現漢宋兼采學派在文化轉折期的表現形式、特點、影響等等，其內在目的則是想探究思想史中最傳統的那部分在面對現代浪潮衝擊時的反應與表現，抽繹啟蒙思想與傳統學術之間的衝突與融合。無疑，這種學術探究過分關注國別與民族，讓我將目光局囿於某家某派或者某時代的怪圈之中而無力自拔，從而迷失在繁瑣考據與盲目閱讀之中。因此，我當下的學術興趣是思想、政治與社會變革之間的關係研究（或許這可以被稱為廣義思想史研究），嘗試將空間視野放大，不止做縱向的時間探索，更做橫向的空間探索，不止關注一家一派的學術發展進程，而將重心放到三者關係上。
主要學術經歷：
1. 1996年至2000年，遼寧大學歷史系，獲得歷史學學士學位，專業為檔案學；
2. 2000年至2003年，遼寧大學歷史系，獲得歷史學碩士學位，方向為明清史；
3. 2003年至2006年，南京大學歷史系，獲得歷史學博士學位，方向為明清史；
4. 2006年至今，於西南大學歷史文化學院任教，專業為中國古代史，方向為明清史；
5. 2008年至2010年，西南大學歷史文化學院與瀘州老窖股份有限公司，從事博士後研究工作，課題為“瀘州老窖酒文化內涵研究”；
6. 2014年至2015年，美國威斯康辛大學麥迪遜分校歷史系（The History Department, The University of the Wisconsin-Madison），訪問學者，方向為明清思想史，關注問題為東西方學術思想史研究差異。
