北京歡樂谷 BEIJING HAPPY VALLEY
位於朝陽區東四環四方橋東南角,占地 100 萬平方米。其中,公園一期占地約 54 萬平方米,分別由峽灣森林、亞特蘭蒂斯、失落瑪雅、愛琴港、香格里拉和螞蟻王國等六個主題區組成,於 2006 年暑期建成開放。公園二期、三期分別占地 5 萬平方米和40 多萬平方米,陸續推出。 北京歡樂谷精心設定了120餘項體驗項目,包括40多項娛樂設備、 50 多處人文生態觀、 10 多項藝術表演、20 多項主題遊戲和商業輔助性項目,可以滿足不同人群的需要。
Located on the southeast corner of East Fourth Ring Bridge Quartet, Chaoyang Dict.,
Beijing Happy Valley covers an area of 1,000,000 sqm. Firstly opened to the public in
Summer Holidays,2006, Phase I is 540,000 sqm incl. 6 themed zones - Wild Fjord, Atl
-antis, Lost Maya, Aegean Harbor, Shangrila and Ant Kingdom. The 2nd and 3rd ses
-sion are 50,000 sqm and 400,000sqm individually will be open soon.There are up to
120 different experience projects for travelers in Beijing Happy Valley, incuding more
than 40 entertaining facilities, more than 50 human and ecological landscapes, more
than 10art performances and 20 themed games and commercial subsidiary programs
for different groups.

上海歡樂谷 SHANGHAI HAPPY VALLEY
於2009年8月16日正式開放,位於松江區佘山國家旅遊度假區核心區域,占地90公頃。
漫步上世紀二三十年代的老上海,青磚灰牆、石框黑門、格子窗戶、舊式消火栓、路燈、黃包車、老郵筒,讓人迷醉⋯⋯這些都是“上海歡樂谷”將給人們帶來的驚喜,它包含了陽光港、歡樂時光、颶風灣、金礦鎮、螞蟻王國、上海灘、香格里拉”七個主題區,合計百餘項娛樂及觀賞項目,12座頂級遊樂設備,逾萬個表演場館座位。

項目設計
一、項目總體策劃設計:
1. 按客戶的要求,因地制宜,挖掘項目所在地的文化內涵,探討項目的主題特色,定位項目的可行性市場及目標消費人群;
2. 按照項目的特點制定主題及劃分區域,確定項目容量及功能設施等;
3. 制定項目主題故事線,主題布局圖,路線圖,遊客分流圖等;
4. 最終已概念方案,故事文本及模型形式描述項目;
5. 制定項目成本估算;
PROJECT DESIGN
I. General planning and design
1. In accordance with developer’s requirement, seeking the potential for project locations,
study for project characteristics, and set up orientations for the targeted market and cons
-umers.
2. Divide the landscape areas and themes for project, confirm the project volume and fun
-ctional facilities.
3. Set up the storyline, theme layout, travel routine and tourist diversion.
4. Confirm the final concept, story wording and model type.
5. Fix the cost budget.

三、設備策劃設計

1. Cost budget list and prepared facilities planning according to the project demand.
2. Drawing of facilities in landscape areas.
3. Provide list of facilities suppliers and confirm the models.
4. Associate with investor to cut budget in facilities purchase.
項目建設施工
一、洽談項目工程預算(投資方已確定的相關圖紙);
二、洽談並簽署項目工程契約;
三、施工前期準備工作(臨時現場辦公室、倉庫、水、電等);
四、現場施工(現場內施工及場外工廠加工);
五、辦理工程竣工驗收;
六、辦理工程結算;
七、後期保修。

1. Negotiation of project budget (investors acceptance on confirmed drawings);
