夏海雲

夏海雲

夏海雲,中國科學技術大學副教授,從事雷射雷達研究。發表SCI/EI論文27/33篇,申請國家發明專利66項(授權36項)。2009年首次提出時域色散超快雷射雷達,被美國Los Alamos National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, National Security Technologies, LLC, University of California 命名為“夏-張方法”;2012年在竇賢康教授團隊首次報導了亞洲首台平流層大氣測風雷射雷達,獲軍隊科技進步一等獎;2016年與科大同事第一次論證量子頻率上轉換都卜勒雷射雷達,獲日內瓦國際發明特等金獎。
