內容簡介

國際貿易慣例指國際貿易中的系列操作規範和管理條例，它在國際貿易實踐中已經成為國際公則，其效力相當於法律。該英漢對照版本《國際貿易慣例案例解析》分四部分：國際貿易術語案例解析、貨物銷售契約公約案例解析、國際支付與結算慣例案例解析、國際貨物運輸規則案例解析。所選案例涉及國際貨物貿易的各基本環節：契約磋商、貨物包裝、貨物運輸、貨物保險、國際支付與結算等流程；案例解析套用《2000年國際貿易術語解釋通則》（Incoterms 2000）、《聯合國國際貨物買賣契約公約》（CISG）、《跟單信用證統一慣例》（UCP500）、《托收統一規則》（URC522）、《海牙規則》（H ague Rules）、《維斯比規則》（Hague-VisbyRules）、《漢堡規則》（Hamburg Rules）等規則。案例分析引經據典，導引讀者研讀相關國際貿易慣例和規則，並依據這些準則來揭示和解決相應案例的癥結，更好地理解和掌握並進而運用這些國際貿易慣例和規則於商務實踐。

作者簡介

帥建林，1965年出生，英語碩士、國際貿易學博士，西南財經大學教授、碩士生導師，全國國際商務從業人員專業英語水平認證考試委員會專家。

主要研究方向：商務英語；國際貿易理論與政策。

主要教學科研成果：總編《國際貿易實務》（英文版）、《國際金融》（英文版）、《國際結算》（英文版）等專著/教材八部。承擔“銀行家價值評估體系研究與創建”等四川省重點軟科學課題三項。編纂大學英語詞典四部。發表論文二十餘篇，其中代表作有《21世紀國際商務英語教學模式探索》、《文化差異與商務英語翻譯補償》等。

2004年榮獲教育部“國際貿易實務”、“經貿英語聽力教程”優秀課件，獲西南財經大學“十大優秀主講教師”稱號。
