嚴佳燕，南京大學商學院工商管理系特任副研究員，中國人民大學管理學（國際商務）博士，曾赴美國南卡羅萊納大學進行聯合培養。主要從事跨國戰略（對外直接投資）、政企關係及高管升遷研究，近年聚焦地緣政治與數字貿易規則對跨國企業國際化的影響。
主持教育部人文社科青年項目“中國企業對外直接投資行為的影響機制研究”（20YJC630179，2020-2023），參與多項國家級課題。2021年起在南京審計大學國際聯合審計學院擔任管理學課程教師。研究成果發表於《Journal of International Business Studies》《Journal of Business Ethics》《International Business Review》等國際期刊。
