1. 信號轉導通路與眼部有關疾病發病機理以及治療靶點的研究。

3. 眼部幹細胞有關特性的研究。

教育經歷

1978-1983年 江西醫學院（現南昌大學醫學院）獲醫學學士學位；

1983-1986年 中國醫學科學院、協和醫學院研究生院獲藥理學專業碩士學位；

1989-1992年 日本東京大學獲藥理學專業博士學位。

工作經歷

多年從事醫學研究工作，有在國內外知名大學及科研院所工作經驗：如美國約翰斯霍普金斯大學醫學院、美國紐約大學、加拿大多倫多大學、中國醫學科學院。

2008年全職回國加入廈門大學醫學院，廈門大學眼科研究所。
