學術簡介

以維生素C和苯丙素類化合物為目標產物,闡明微生物高效異源合成植物天然產物的生理機制,並通過計算機輔助的代謝途徑設計、代謝途徑單元模組化調控、輔因子平衡與再生調控、反義RNA工程等策略,在微生物中實現來源於植物的高附加值天然產物的高效異源合成。
