周惠敏，1981年3月出生，博士，材料學專業碩士生導師，在材化學院生物醫學材料與工程研究中心工作。Materials Research、Endodontic Topics等期刊審稿人，黑龍江生物醫學工程學會、中國生物材料委員會和中國金屬學會會員。曾赴加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學訪學，赴新加坡、俄羅斯、馬爾他、香港參加國際會議。近來年在國際刊物上發表學術論文20餘篇，申請發明專利5項，獲授權發明專利3項。
