1983.8—1987.07：畢業於吉林大學物理系，獲理學學士學位
1992.8—1994.12：哈爾濱工業大學物理系光學專業攻讀碩士學位，直攻博；
1995.1—1997.05：畢業於哈爾濱工業大學物理系光學專業，獲博士學位。
1987.7—1997.7：東北林業大學物理系助教、講師；
1997.7—2000.6：哈爾濱工業大學物理系副教授；
2000.7—現 在： 哈爾濱工業大學物理系教授
2001.6—現 在： 哈爾濱工業大學物理系教授、博士生導師。
2002.2—2003.1美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學電機工程系、材料研究所(MRI)，高級訪問學者。

自1995年以來發表論文100餘篇，SCI收錄論文80餘篇，申請發明專利6項，授權3項，先後完成國家自然科學基金、國家重大基礎研究項目 “973”子專題等多項課題，現承擔黑江省傑出青年基金1項，探索創新項目1項。
