1991年-1995年山東大學生物系，獲理學學士學位；1995-1998年就讀於中國科學院發育生物學研究所，獲碩士學位；1999-2002年中國協和醫科大學博士研究生，獲得生化與分子生物學專業博士學位；畢業後留所工作，歷任助理研究員、副研究員；2004.11-2006.7 受法中科學基金（FFCSA）資助在法蘭西學院（INSERM U36）進行博士後研究；2013.7任生化系研究員。2015.10 聘任為病理生理系課題組長。

研究方向
從事造血分化的多層次基因表達調控研究，近年主要關注染色質高級構象層面的轉錄調控機制，包括：
1. 正常造血分化和疾病狀態下的3D基因組動態組織及其功能研究；
2. 造血關鍵轉錄因子基因座的局部染色質高級構象組織和長距離調控研究；
3. 通過靶向關鍵基因的順式調節元件改造和提高體外造血分化效率。
