2010年于吉林大學大學獲微電子學與固體電子學博士學位。
2011年在日本理化學研究所做博士後，
2014年6月加入中國科學技術大學精密機械與精密儀器系任教授。
科研成果
在Nat. Photon., Nat. Comm., Light:Sci & Appl. (入選ESI“高被引論文”)，PNAS(美國科學院院刊)，Adv.Mater., ACS Nano等雜誌發表論文100餘篇，其中影響因子6.0以上40篇，他引3000餘次。擔任中國機械工程學會微/納製造技術分會委員；LTO/CIOP國際光學會議委員；中國科協2018年青年科學家論壇共同執行主席；科技部重點研發計畫會評專家；《中國雷射》和《Frontiers of Optoelectronics》雜誌的青年編委。
