吳建(河南省醫學科學院眼科研究所研究員)

吳建（1994年—），首都醫科大學眼科學博士（2023），現任河南省醫學科學院院長助理、眼科研究所執行所長及研究員。主要從事青光眼致病機制及干預研究，主持國際規模最大的非人靈長類眼病研究項目，建立眼部參數資料庫，相關成果發表於多篇學術論文。

2023年博士畢業後加入河南省醫學科學院，入選該院高層次人才引進計畫，帶領團隊研發國內首個眼科臨床AI大模型“伏羲慧眼”，通過眼底影像實現全身30餘項健康指標預測。作為第一/共同第一作者發表論文7篇，獲發明專利3項，參編專著5部。2024年入選河南省衛生健康中青年學科帶頭人，並參與推動超廣角眼底照相機技術臨床套用及“眼窺全身”跨學科研究。

吳建現任河南省醫學科學眼科研究所執行所長，同時擔任院長助理、眼科研究所研究員‌。

主要成就

第一/共同第一作者發英文論文7篇，實用新型專利2項，發明專利1項，參編參譯專著5項。連續獲得研究生學業優秀獎學金，於國際眼科學術會議進行大會報告並獲優秀青年學者候選人提名，獲中華醫學會眼科學分會優秀論文獎等。
