研究方向:
1)食藥同源植物和真菌的糖類活性物質基礎及其質量評價新方法研究;
2)食藥同源植物的天然抗氧化活性物質基礎研究;
3)食用真菌的發酵培養,及其活性物質分離、鑑定等;
科研項目:
參與國家自然科學基金、澳門科學技術發展基金等4項縱向課題研究,以及校企橫向合作科研項目4項。目前,主持四川農業大學“優秀人才”科研啟動經費1項。
