吳凡，男，1978年7月出生，電子科技大學副教授。
教育背景及海外進修經歷]:
1997年9月-2001年7月：電子科技大學計算機通信專業本科畢業；
2001年9月-2004年6月：電子科技大學通信與信息系統專業碩士畢業。
[研究方向]：
以下一代無線網路資源分配，無線通信系統跨層設計，和無線網路中的QoS保障等為主要研究方向
