劉璐，男，1981年生，四川成都人。新銳經濟學家，西南財經大學經濟學院教授，博士生導師。
2010年9月以來在西南財經大學經濟學院西方經濟研究所從事教學和研究工作。

研究領域
專注於城市可持續發展的相關問題研究，並廣泛地使用空間計量經濟學、時間序列、面板數據等實證方法研究包括巨觀經濟問題、房地產、城市和區域經濟學、公共衛生問題、以及環境和資源經濟的各種套用經濟問題。同時，也使用一般均衡、動態最最佳化、數值模擬等方法從事相關問題的理論經濟學研究。
