2003年6月, 畢業於南京大學化學化工學院，獲理學博士；
1993年6月，畢業於南京大學化學系，獲碩士學位；
1990年6月，畢業於南京大學化學系，獲學士學位。
工作經歷
2003.8-至今，南京財經大學食品科學與工程學院副教授。
1996年4月-2003年7月，南京財經大學食品科學與工程學院講師；
1993年7月-1996年3月, 南京財經大學食品科學與工程學院助教。
主要研究經歷：
2008年9月-2009年9月於加拿大University of Manitoba食品系、Richardson 功能食品與營養研究中心做訪問學者。 2003.9-2006.3，於美國Virginia Commonwealth University化學系從事博士後研究工作。
研究方向
1）食品中的多酚類功能因子的提取、鑑定、活性及生物可利用性研究。
2）用生物技術提高功能因子的提取率、生物活性及生物可利用性研究。
3）用澱粉的修飾製備功能性材料的研究。
