劉海新(河北工程大學文法學院黨委副書記)

劉海新，男，1980年8月出生，碩士學位，副教授。主要從事GIS與遙感套用。主持和參與國家級課題2項，省部級課題4項，市廳級課題15項，在國內外期刊發表論文20餘篇，其中SCI、EI檢索5篇，參編專著1部。現任河北工程大學文法學院黨委副書記。

2003年7月畢業於山東科技大學資源環境與城鄉規劃管理專業，2006年6月獲河北工程大學地質工程碩士學位。目前正在攻讀山東科技大學攝影測量與遙感專業博士學位。
