劉代波，男，博士，現任湖南大學信息科學與工程學院助理教授，碩士生導師。

人物經歷

2018年6月獲計算機套用技術博士學位，2014年7月-2016年4月在清華大學訪問交流，2016年9月-2017年9月在美國UniversityofWisconsin-Madison聯合培養。

主要貢獻

在期刊IEEE/ACMTON，TMC，TOSN，TVT，TECS和會議IEEE/ACMINFOCOM，ICNP，Mobihoc，IPSN，ICDCS，SECON等發表論文30來篇。申請發明專利多項，獲授權3項。

學術兼職

長期擔任國際頂級期刊TON，TMC，TOSN，TVT，TII，IOT-J以及國際學術會議Mobicom，Infocom，IPSN，RTSS，ICDCS和ICPADS等的審稿人。
