內容提要
《光機電系統概論》從實際套用的角度出發，以滿足光學與光電技術、雷射加工技術、先進制造技術、自動控制技術、電子技術及儀器、電氣控制技術與系統、通信工程等專業技術人員的專業基礎學習和專業英語學習需求為根本宗旨，內容涉及半導體、模擬電子技術、數字電子技術、MEMS等多個方向。
光機電技術是面向套用的跨學科的技術，它是光信息技術、機械技術、微電子技術、信息技術和控制技術、通信技術等有機融合的一門綜合性學科。
全書共分12個單元。第1單元主要介紹機械感測器；第2單元主要介紹光發射器；第3單元主要介紹基本的光纖器件；第4單元主要討論放大器；第5單元主要介紹脈衝雷達；第6單元主要介紹通信系統中的計算機仿真設計和分析；第7、第8、第9單元主要介紹可視探測器、紅外探測器及圖像探測器；第10單元是機械工程的總體介紹；第1l單元為一個軸的設計過程；第12單元為螺桿壓縮機的最佳化設計。
