傑克·沃登（Jack Warden，1920年9月18日-2006年7月19日），出生在新澤西州，美國演員。

早年經歷
高中時因為打架被學校開除後，成為一名職業拳擊手，並改名為約翰卡斯楚Johnny Costello，儘管參加過13次比賽，但是收入卻很少。
第二次世界大戰期間，傑克·沃登曾在大戰擔任一家夜總會保鏢和救生員，1938年加入美國海軍，被派駐在中國執行三年長江巡邏任務。在1941年，他加入了美國的商船隊，但是很快就厭倦了這種長期護航的工作，1942年，轉到了美國陸軍，在那裡他在降落傘步兵團擔任一名傘兵 ，並成為第二次世界大戰中101空降師中的精英。.
1944年的諾曼第登入日前夜，由降落在在英格蘭夜間練習跳傘降落時，他的腿不幸摔傷為粉碎性骨折。之後，經過在醫院近六個月的治療，他讀了Clifford Odets的作品，並決定等戰爭結束後當一名演員。

退役後，他搬到紐約市開始了演藝生涯。1946年，他加入達拉斯劇院，進行了五年舞台演出。1951年，得到了他的第一個電影角色《The Man with My Face》。
