倪國華，男，博士，中科院合肥物質科學研究院研究員，博士生導師，中國力學學會電漿科學與技術專業委員會副主任委員，醫學物理與技術安徽省重點實驗室電漿醫學學科帶頭人，國家重點研發計畫項目負責人。

人物經歷
2006年進入中國科學院合肥物質科學研究院（電漿物理研究所）工作。
2010年起任電漿物理研究所套用電漿研究室副主任。
2011年獲中國科學院合肥物質科學研究院電漿物理專業博士學位。
2017年3月被聘為研究員。
科研項目
先後主持了國家重點研發計畫項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、安徽省科技重大專項，國家自然科學基金重點項目和中科院STS項目子課題等10餘項科研項目。
科研成果
先後在《電漿源科學與技術》（Plasma Source Science and Technology）、《國際氫能》（International Journal of Hydrogen Energy）和《電漿處理與聚合物》（Plasma Processes and Polymers）等雜誌上共發表SCI論文30餘篇。申請專利40餘項，獲授權專利31項（發明專利9項）。
獲得榮譽
先後獲2015-2016，2017-2018年度省院共建有突出貢獻科技人員 三等獎和二等獎（排名第一）。入選第二批合肥市廬州創新英才、2016年度安徽省高層次人才團隊和第四批“江淮矽谷”創新創業團隊。

1、 低溫電漿物理及發生技術；
2、 低溫電漿套用，包括電漿在環境污染物治理、材料製備和生物醫學等領域的套用。
